Minute Man NHP preserves & interprets significant historic sites, structures, and landscapes associated with the battle that began the American Revolution on April 19, 1775. The 970-acre park includes the North Bridge, The Minute Man Statue, and the first four miles of the Battle Road. The park also preserves The Wayside, where 19th-century authors kept the spirit of the Revolution alive. The 5-mile Battle Road connects many park sites.
